Can I come into your shop and buy an item?
No. We are not a traditional retailer and order garments on demand from a carefully selected range of wholesalers and manufacturers. For non-customised orders and accessories, you can request an urgent next day collection, providing your order is placed by 3pm.

How long do orders take to be customised?
Customised clothing orders can take 7-10 working days to be despatched depending on the complexity of the customisation. If you need an urgent order, please call our sales team prior to placing your order so we can ensure we have space in our production line. 

What options are available for delivery?
There are three options available - all listed below. The quickest option is Click and Collect. We are located just 5 minutes from Junction 11 of the M23 near Pease Pottage services, so easy to reach from Gatwick/Crawley/Brighton.
