There are three different options for customising your workwear. The choice is dependant on the clothing you are customising for example you cannot use a vinyl logo on a woollen beanie hat, and likewise we wouldn't recommend an emboidered logo on the back of a waterproof jacket. For advice on what option will work best for your order, please don't hesitate to call us on 0208 0500 126 and speak to our production team before placing your order.
Embroidery is durable, long lasting and really stands out on your workwear. We recommend it is used for standard sized logos (maximum 8 x 8 cm) though larger sizes are possible. Your logo will need to be digitally recreated so it can be read by our embroidery machines. This process "digitization" does incur a one off set-up fee, but once we have your logo on file, you won't be charged for this again.
To enable us to set up your logo, you will need to supply us with a vector image file (ideally an EPS or PDF) though we can work from a high quality jpeg or png file. Watch our help video for more information.
For large prints (for example on the back of a jacket, hoodie or sweatshirt) we would recommend a single colour vinyl print. Vinyl material is cut into shape using a special CAD cutter and it ideal for text or simple logos. Vinyl material comes in a range of core colours.

For complex logos with multiple or specific pantone colours we recommend using Direct to Film transfers. These provide stunning, durable prints that can be applied on a wide range of fabrics including cotton, polyester, blends, nylons and more. DTF print can be used for small detailed logos up to large print formats.
